A Little Bit Blue
Hi all when I saw these flairs I knew what papers I wanted to use them with.
This page has a little bit of fussy cutting, but most of my projects do.

My Kids Have Fur
Good morning all
I came across this dog themed paper pack and knew that I had to get it and play, and I had the perfect flairs to go with it
The photos are of my 4 "kids", Millie (the gold one) who is 16.5 years old, Benson (the black one) who is about 7 years old, Ezo (in the photo at the top) is 4 years old, and Teddy (white and gold in bottom photo) is 5 years old
The background is done with stencils, texture paste which I have overlapped the colours a little so that there is a blend of colours and no distinct line, and rust paste for the hearts

Hello Feathered Friend - By Crece
Hello everyone, Its been a long time since I have been able to share with you something I have created using some Flairs. There has been LOTS happening behind the scenes here at the EWF headquarters... It has also become the home of another Crafty Business I own with my dear friend Tracey called 2Bluebirds.
Here is a layout I created using the Kaisercraft Range "Sunkissed"
The Flair Set I have used
Thanks for looking, I hope you have had a little inspiration from me this afternoon.

A bit cheeky in the Hunter Valley
Hi
I got these beautiful papers which I got to do lots of fussy cutting with and then layer with different levels of foam tape
The photos were taken in The Hunter Valley a few years ago. We were there with 2 other couples and were at the end of a wine tour. The guy with the blue shirt was our tour guide, he was taking our photo and hijacked our phone which gave us these really fun photos
In the background I've done a couple of different layers of stenciling with texture paste. I loved the contrast of the soft pretty papers with the black.
The new flairs were a great way of adding journalling to my page without having to use my messy handwriting

Imagine, Dream, Believe
Hi
Just a quick post this month.
A have been scrapping a friends overseas holiday and have used these Stamperia papers to go with the beautiful building and flowers in the photo.
The flowers that I have used on the layout are ones that I bought in Hobby Lobby in Phoenix, Arizona when I was there last year.
I chose to use these flairs as there was something "dreamy" about the photo and I loved how the vintage colours match both the papers and the building in the photo
See you again next month

Birthday cards with Heather
Happy Friday
I've been a bit slack with posting. But this time I have made some birthday cards to go with these really cute flairs - my birthday card stash is running low, so was also a good opportunity to build it up a little
I've used the Kaiser card pack as the base for the cards. The paper range is also a recent Kaiser range.
This one is an easel card, it's on a white base so hasnt come up as well as I would have liked in the photo. But all I've done is fold the front in half on a diagonal then attached a strip on the inside which helps hold the card open.
Thanks for spending time with me again
Heather

In Memory of an Amazing woman
Hi all
This month we lost one of the most amazing women i have ever met. Catherine Hamlin.
I was lucky enough about 8 years ago to spend some time working in the hospital in Ethiopia, and got to also spend time and go to church with Catherine. It will always be a highlight in my life.
If you have seen photos of Ethiopia, the image is brown, dust, dirt, mud and death. In the middle of Addis Abbaba Catherine and her husband Reggi started the hospital by the river. There are flowers and gardens all around the hospital, it's like a little sanctuary. So when I saw these papers and flairs after hearing about Catherine's death on 18th March 2020 I decided to create this layout in her honour.
This is a photo taken in the hospital grounds towards the end of my stay in Ethiopia.
If you haven't heard of Catherine or the Hamlin Fistula Hospital, look her up, grab her book Hospital By The River, and grab your tissues, some/most of the stories are heartbreaking, but still happening.
So, not my usual post, but one that is important for me to share.

Vintage Dolls with Heather
Hi all
I've been a bit slack and not posted for a while, but I have some new and very cute flairs to play with, and I started with these Vintage Doll flairs
I decided to go back to cards again, and challenged myself to just use the card base, this beautiful range from Stamperia, a metre of cotton lace, and a little bit of muslin
I have added dimension by adding layers of different patterned paper, then almost paper tolling the dress and the flowers with foam tape
The last card is an envelope that was in the paperpack, so I have just assembled it and added it to my card and used it as a pocket to add the tags
All the piecesd have been distressed with a distressing tool then had the edges inked with pinecone ink
Hopefully I'll be back a bit sooner than last time with another project for you

Faith, Hope & Joy
Hi all
Happy new year.
It's just going to be a quick post from me.
I have used these beautiful 13 Arts papers to complement these flairs that are perfect for this wedding photo of mine (20.5 years ago, aaarrrggghh, i feel old)
The background is done with embossing powders and texture pastes.
I hope that this has helped inspire you a little
